Patrick Robinson seeks to provide George Comfort & Sons, Inc. with quality acquisition opportunities that provide his colleagues and outside investors with appropriate returns on their investments. His well-rounded knowledge of real estate, leasing brokerage, development and investing has been acquired over an extensive career which began in 1988.
Patrick has a broad background that has encompassed corporate banking, finance, and a wide breadth of real estate experience serving landlord and tenant clients. His years as a leasing broker and overall wealth of industry knowledge laid the foundation for his current role at George Comfort & Sons, acting as principal on the investment side of commercial real estate.
A Cum Laude graduate of Washington & Lee University with a B.A. in Economics, Patrick served in the Field Artillery Branch of the U.S. Army in Fort Carson, CO and achieved the rank of Captain. He initiated his career in finance at Chemical Bank, but made the move to real estate at LaSalle Partners (now JLL). Patrick went on to build northeast enterprises for both the Staubach Company and Transwestern, where he was Regional President, and a member of the Board of Directors. In 2007, he founded the boutique tenant advisory firm, Robinson Advisors LLC; plus he is the Managing Partner for a residential resort development project, Snow Valley in Manchester, VT.
Patrick’s dedication carries into his personal life as well. He sits on the Outreach Committee at St. Luke’s Church, is a board member at City of Hope and the Freedom Institute. This native of Nashville, Tennessee has lived in the northeast since 1985, in Darien, CT for 27 years and in NYC for six. Patrick is married with three children, and enjoys golf, racket sports, running and biking in his spare time.
